WHO WE ARE
Zainab Jah, MPH is a Senior Program Associate on the Global Birth Equity and Innovation Team. She is responsible for the development of a campaign that unpacks the harmful implications of the existing family planning framework, sits on international coalitions centered on respectful maternity care and family planning, as well as supports efforts to uplift the need to merge climate solutions and birth justice. She received her Masters in Public Health from Rollins School of Public Health (Emory University) with a background in Behavioral Science and Health Education along with Mental Health. She has previously managed several research projects varying in topics from a medication abortion, HIV and Mental Health, and PrEP uptake among Black women. She also served as a Project Consultant for SisterLove Inc.’s Georgia Access to Medication Abortion Project. She enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and being outdoors!
